While putting efforts into optimizing your customers' experience is always worthwhile, putting efforts into making it easier for you to optimize your customers' experience is equally valuable.
Gameball product team always tries to make your customer's experience with the related interfaces (widget, outbound, etc.) pleasant and simple from one end. The team also focuses on your experience with the dashboard so that you're able to create the best possible outcome for your customers with the minimum effort.
If you have multiple branches, or branches in different countries, for instance, it could be more convenient to launch different loyalty and marketing strategies for every country to better suit customers used to different systems or are from different backgrounds.
For this reason, Gameball has created the new Workspace feature, where you can create an entirely different dashboard environment; each has its own program configurations and is filled with different player data.
Please note that you will not be able to find the workspace feature on the dashboard. You need to request this feature from our customer support team if you're interested.
If you're a self-serve customer who have just created an account on Gameball and still haven't migrated their player nor have you started configuring Gameball programs, you can now switch your dashboard to Demo mode and get to see how the dashboard looks filled with players' data, activities, and configured programs.
The information you'll be seeing is dummy data, of course, so you won't be able to execute actions while in the demo mode, however, you can get a hint of how the entire system works coherently once your program is deployed.
There are two updates under the teammate dashboard invitation:
1- Inviting teammates to your dashboard has never been easier! Through admin settings, you can now send an invitation to anyone and give them access to the dashboard. The teammate will receive an email with the initial credentials to use for logging in the first time. They can then change their password.
