This month is loaded with plenty of product updates that took place all across Gameball Dashboard. From automation enhancement to importing customers from other loyalty programs, take a look at what has changed during the month of August.
Automation is a tool where you get to reduce your workload and time by simply creating a flow of tasks to be automatically executed once a certain trigger takes place. Gameball has added "Account Created" as a trigger so that a chain of predefined events would occur once a new customer successfully creates an account.
This way you can create a sequence of actions to be applied to new customers one they signup like a welcome email or other types of incentives. You can also create and implement an automated plan that will motivate them to make their first purchase.
You no longer need to go through the hassle of fully integrating your platform with Gameball just to test your configured widget. You can now easily see how the widget would look like on your phone. Just scan the Code you’ll find on our dashboard homepage and get a glimpse of how the widget looks based on your widget settings.
Note that this feature is not available for Shopify users.
When you create a new segment, you get to decide the rules or criteria a customer must have in order to become under this segment. You now have the ability to classify and group your customers based on three new attributes:
While migrating customers from other platforms to Gameball, you can now ensure that any tags applied on any of your customers will be automatically added once the migration process is complete. Gameball accepts up to 15 tags and automatically creates it internally.
Just have the customers' tag info added under a column on the CSV file before uploading it, Then make sure to do the mapping of attributes correctly. Learn how to migrate customers here.
Inform your players with any points balance change by preparing a notification to be sent upon added or deducted points. Now, you can configure an automated notification to be sent once a change in points balance occur through the dashboard notification section.
Avoid the hassle of creating a new outbound with similar content by duplicating any existing outbound, such as an email, mobile push, or web message. Learn how to create and duplicate an Outbound here.
