Job Description

We're hiring a Gen Marketer to join Gameball's marketing team β€” a new kind of marketer built for the AI era.The term "Gen Marketer" comes from three things: Generalist (works across functions, not siloed), Generative AI (native to AI tools), and Generational shift (marketing has fundamentally changed). This role sits at the intersection of all three.You won't sit in one lane. You'll work across product marketing, growth, and content β€” orchestrating campaigns end-to-end, using AI to 10x your output.You don't need years of marketing experience. You need hunger, speed, and native fluency with AI tools. You'll get direct mentorship from the Head of Marketing and exposure to how a modern SaaS marketing team operates.If you're tech-savvy, AI-curious, outgoing, and want to learn marketing at a company with global standards β€” this is for you.

Responsibilities

  • Campaign Orchestration: Design and execute cross-channel campaigns from idea to live. Own the full loop β€” no waiting on handoffs.
  • AI-Powered Execution: Use AI tools to draft content, research competitors, build automations, and accelerate execution
  • Cross-Functional Support: Support across product marketing and growth marketing. You're not siloed β€” you help connect the dots.
  • Content Operations: Own the social content calendar, coordinate with freelancers, and manage publishing rhythm across channels.
  • Experimentation: Test new AI tools, channels, and formats. Marketing is evolving fast β€” you'll evolve with it.

What you bring:‍

We're not looking for Superman or Superwoman. We believe AI is reducing the need for specialists at this level β€” we need someone hungry for general marketing exposure, who loves creating content, lives in AI tools, and learns fast. Everything else, we'll teach you.‍

Must-Have

  • 1-3 years of experience in tech, marketing, content, CRM, or a related field, we value potential over credentials.
  • You're a fast learner who doesn't need hand-holding
  • You're organized and can juggle multiple workstreams
  • You're outgoing and comfortable collaborating across teams and freelancers
  • You're fluent in English (written and verbal)
  • You're active on LinkedIn β€” or eager to be

Strong Plus

  • You've published content in public (TikTok, YouTube, blog, LinkedIn, X) β€” or have a genuine passion to start
  • Familiarity with analytics, marketing automation, or CRM tools (HubSpot)
  • Basic design skills (Canva, Figma)
  • Experience in B2B CRM (HubSpot), Analytics or Attribution
  • Exposure to SaaS or B2B marketing
  • Active social media presence around tech or AI topics
