The Role

This isn’t a typical marketing role, and it’s not a typical sales role either. It’s both.

We’re looking for someone who can own our short-form content engine end-to-end, from strategy and creation to turning the engagement it generates into real sales pipeline. You will build Gameball’s brand voice across LinkedIn, X, TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts, and convert that attention into qualified opportunities for the sales team.

Think of it as a content-to-pipeline role. You create the gravity, then you work the leads it attracts. And you’ll be doing it on an international stage. Gameball serves customers globally, so the content you create will reach and resonate with audiences across markets and cultures.

Responsibilities

Short-Form Content Strategy and Execution

  • Define and execute Gameball’s short-form content strategy across LinkedIn, X/Twitter, TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
  • Build and manage a content calendar and production pipeline, from ideation and scripting to publishing and performance tracking
  • Develop content themes and series that position Gameball as a thought leader in customer engagement, loyalty, and retention for mid-market and enterprise brands
  • Craft content that resonates across geographies, reflecting our global audience
  • Stay ahead of platform trends, algorithm changes, and emerging formats to keep our content sharp and high-performing

Brand Building and Top-of-Funnel Engagement

  • Grow Gameball’s brand presence and community through content that educates, entertains, and sparks conversation
  • Build relationships with our ideal customer profile audience through comments, DMs, and community engagement
  • Collaborate with internal subject matter experts across product, customer success, and leadership to turn insights into compelling content

Pipeline Generation and Sales Development

  • Identify and engage high-intent prospects from content interactions such as likes, comments, shares, and DMs, and move them into structured outreach sequences
  • Own the BDR/SDR motion for this channel by qualifying inbound interest, booking meetings, and creating sales-ready opportunities for the closing team
  • Build and maintain prospecting workflows that combine content engagement signals with targeted outbound outreach
  • Track and report on pipeline contribution from content, focusing on measurable revenue impact rather than vanity metrics

Qualifications

Required

  • 3–5 years of experience in a role combining content or social media with demand generation, sales development, or growth marketing
  • A strong portfolio or track record of short-form content that generated measurable engagement and business outcomes
  • Experience working in B2B SaaS environments
  • Comfort with the BDR/SDR motion, including prospecting, qualifying leads, handling objections, and booking meetings
  • Strong understanding of LinkedIn, X, TikTok, and short-form video platforms and what drives engagement on each
  • Excellent writing and storytelling skills with the ability to turn complex product value into concise, engaging content
  • A data-driven mindset with experience tracking pipeline creation, meetings booked, and conversion metrics
  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to build and refine processes in a new or evolving function

Preferred

  • Experience working in martech, loyalty platforms, CRM, or customer engagement technology
  • Experience running content-led demand generation strategies in B2B environments
  • Experience creating content for international audiences or multi-market SaaS products

How Success Is Measured

This role carries both content performance metrics and pipeline targets.

  • Content output and consistency, including publishing cadence, content quality, and platform growth
  • Engagement metrics such as reach, impressions, engagement rate, follower growth, and share of voice
  • Pipeline generated, measured by the number of qualified opportunities created from the content channel
  • Meetings booked through content-driven outreach and engagement
  • Revenue attribution, including closed-won revenue influenced or sourced from the pipeline created through this channel
