The Role

Tailored Demos & Solution Presentation

  • Craft and deliver customized product demonstrations using Gameball’s SaaS product, slide decks, and mockups that highlight Gameball’s value against competitors and illustrating both technical flows and user engagement journeys
  • Leverage knowledge in loyalty, gamification, and retention marketing to consult clients on how to design effective engagement programs
  • Recommend architectures and workflows that align Gameball capabilities with clients’ growth KPIs
  • Provide on-the-fly strategic and technical advice during workshops, ensuring prospects understand how data-driven engagement drives value
  • Provide technical and strategic ad-hoc solutions that demonstrate how Gameball adds value through data-driven engagement and lifecycle personalization
  • Articulate value proposition, ROI, use-cases, and case studies that resonate with marketing, technical, product, and executive audiences

Integration Planning & POCs

  • Own the creation of detailed architecture of integration with the client’s tech stack and guides with timelines, API mappings, and stakeholder action plans
  • Execute technical proof-of-concepts: define scope, manage test environments, and validate end-to-end workflows

Relationship Building

  • Act as a trusted advisor, nurture relationships from initial brief through contract signature and beyond
  • Collaborate with SDRs, AEs, and reseller partners with product, technical, and loyalty knowledge during their Gameball sales cycle
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to share with the implementation team based on customer needs you discovered during the sales cycle

Market Intelligence

  • Continuously monitor competitor offerings, industry trends in retention/loyalty/gamification, and customer feedback
  • Share demand signals, feature requests, and integration learnings with Gameball’s Product, Tech and marketing teams

Solution Presentation:

  • Effectively communicate the value proposition of Gameball products and services, showing how they align with customer objectives and deliver tangible benefits

Relationship Building:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as a trusted advisor
  • Identify opportunities for upselling additional products or services based on customer needs and usage patterns

Market Intelligence:

  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback
  • Transfer demand insights, product requests, and technical integration feedback to Product and Tech teams
  • Provide valuable insights to the marketing and product teams for continuous improvement
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or any relevant field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in pre-sales, sales engineering, customer success, or a similar role.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic languages; French/Spanish/Deutsch is a Plus
  • Excellent understanding of modern application architectures (e.g. REST API, Microservices, Multiple 3rd party solutions such as CRM, CDP, Marketing Automation, Retail POS)
  • Technical Storytelling: You translate complex APIs and architectures into clear, compelling narratives that inspire confidence.
  • Customer Empathy: You listen deeply, ask the right questions, and tailor every interaction to address real business challenges.
  • Security & Stack Fluency: You learn our security measures and technical stack inside-out, enabling you to field technical questions on behalf of our tech team and accelerate deal cycles.
  • Use-Case & Technical Duality: You excel as both a use-case–oriented consultant and a deep technical advisor, seamlessly bridging business value with system design.
  • Speed & Agility: You manage multiple projects simultaneously, rapidly assemble tailored presentations, curating existing assets and crafting new slides, and respond promptly to prospect questions via email, Slack, or calls without delay.
  • Hands-On Skills: You’re comfortable with API testing tools (Postman), building simulation prototypes with AI tools (Replit, Loveable, etc.), and design tools (Figma), as well as maintaining clear project documentation (Dock).
  • Collaborative Mindset: You proactively share insights across Sales, Product, and Engineering, driving continuous improvement.
  • Growth Orientation: You stay on top of loyalty and gamification best practices, eager to experiment and refine your approach.
  • Executive Presence: You engage confidently at all levels: from developers to C-suite; adapting your communication style accordingly.
  • Flexibility & Coachability: You welcome feedback, adapt to changing priorities, and are open to business travel as needed.
  • Ownership & Reliability: You own your deliverables, meeting deadlines (even outside standard hours when necessary) and collaborating on reviews to ensure top-quality presentations.
