Getting customer feedback is one of the best practices to keep on enhancing your services and products. This is what Gameball did in October. The new features and product enhancements you'll find were all feedback or a request by a Gameball customer at one point.
Remember, you can always request new features from Gameball or vote for suggested ones through our new Roadmap.
Before today, you could only give one value (percentage or monetary) of cashback on any type of purchase, regardless of the products' collections. And you were able to only give different cashback values to players on a higher level if you wanted.
Now, you are able to create a different cashback rule for each collection you have. Even better, you can exclude some collections from giving any cashback reward or include only some collections to be subjected to the default cashback reward rule.
Here is an example of what you can do with this new feature:
Let's say your default cashback rule allows players to get 5% cashback on any purchase they make from products in any collection you have. You believe that 2 of your collections should be excluded from this cashback rule so when players buy from them they don't get rewarded with that 5% cashback. You can now do this with just few clicks.
This also work the other way around. You can choose only some collections to be subjected to the default cashback rule.

When a player levels up to a higher tier, they get to enjoy better benefits such as coupons, free products, and so on.
For example, you can decide that a player enjoys a 20% coupon that can be generated and applied through the player widget once they reach the silver level. Learn more
If you decide to give them a coupon as a level benefit, they get to create an unlimited amount of that coupon type for as long as they are on this level.
To avoid having too many coupons generated all at once or any possibility of fraud, Gameball added a 2-day expiry to any coupon created as a level benefit.
If you are wondering what you should do from your end, then the answer is nothing! The 2-day level coupon expiry is applied automatically, and players can always see the expiry alert on the coupon card on the widget.
