What's new this month?

Showing Automation Engagement Information in Every Player Profile

You can now see if a player joined any of your created automation. Not only that! You can also see the entire player journey with each automation. For example, you can check which stages of the automation they have reached, along with the exact dates. Create an automation now!

Hiding Preceded Levels’ Benefits from the Widget + Enhanced Benefits Experience on the Widget

Players who level up fast might not get the chance to use the benefits of a level they have outpassed quickly and simply skipped. They no longer have to see what they've missed because you can simply choose to hide the benefits and rewards of the previous levels from the widget and only show the ones they are on and the ones to come. Create a levels program now.
Players will also understand each level's benefits more clearly as we enhance how the benefits are displayed and communicated.

Exporting the List of Players Who Received a Specific Outbound

You can now extract a list of players who received an email, web, message, or mobile push via a CSV file. The file will contain data such as player's name, ID, email, date and time they've received the outbound, and their interaction details.

Two-Factor Authentication for Account Security

You now have the option to enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) for your dashboard accounts, adding an extra layer of protection to safeguard sensitive data and prevent unauthorized access.

Player Page Revamped

When you visit any player profile you have on your dashboard, you will find an enhanced and more well organised data about your player.

Technical: New Referral Data API

A new API is introduced to give you more ability and control over the referral program. Referral data about the friend who got a referral invitation can now be retrieved from this API.
