When a new customer account is created on Shopify, a player profile will also be created on Gameball immediately. Gameball no longer waits for the new Shopify customer to make an action to create a new profile with their info on it.
Whether the customer profile was created manually or through sign-up, a new profile automatically and instantly gets created on Gameball for that new customer. This way, you are able to access newly joined customer information through the Gameball dashboard and even encourage this segment (newly joined players) to make their first order.
You can now encourage your players to interact with your TikTok account and incentivize them to like, share and follow you by rewarding them for visiting your page on Tiktok.
All you need to do is create a social media challenge.
Before today, you were only able to create and assign challenges to a specific level; However, that challenge would be available to players on that specific level and players on higher levels as well.
You can now create challenges and let them be visible and achievable for players on specific levels only. Players on lower or higher levels will not be able to find or achieve this challenge. Learn how to create a challenge and lock it to a specific level.
