Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement customer loyalty programs aimed at increasing customer retention and lifetime value.
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends, preferences, and opportunities for enhancing loyalty initiatives.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns and promotions to incentivize customer engagement and loyalty.
  • Work closely with the product management team to identify and prioritize features and enhancements that drive customer loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Monitor key performance metrics, including customer retention rate, churn rate, and customer lifetime value, and take proactive measures to optimize performance.
  • Conduct regular A/B testing and experimentation to optimize loyalty program effectiveness.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to senior management on strategies to improve customer loyalty and retention.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to customer loyalty and retention.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Information, CS, or any relevant field.
  • Excellent attention to detail, Communication Skills, People Skills, Research Skills, Problem Solving, Strong Analytical Skills.
  • Fluent in English written and spoken with an superb written communication.
  • Self motivated character with constructive and positive mindset while handling challenges and communicating with different clients personas.
  • Proven record of handling churn and upselling.
  • 5 years of experience.
