The Role

We trust our team to maximize their time and use techniques that are idiosyncratic to them. Here are the programs, rituals, and routines they recommend.

Responsibilities:

  • Own overall relationship with assigned clients, which includes managing on-boarding, implementation, training, increasing adoption, ensuring retention, and high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Establish a trusted and strategic advisor relationship to help drive continued value of our products and services
  • Create onboarding series with in-app messages and emails to drive the conversion rate and stay after their trial period
  • Upsell the product
  • Offer premium support package and dashboard configurations to the client
  • Share customers insights with the product team to enhance the product
  • Identify different personas to our clients and tailor their experience accordingly
  • Become a Gameball product, use-case, and loyalty industry expert
  • Be a client advocate while capturing customer feedback and reporting requests to Product Management and Development
  • Communicate effectively with both internal and external senior-level management to understand customer needs, maximize retention and growth, and communicate learnings
  • Maintain existing customer success metrics and data as directed
  • Establish clear activation/retention goals, track activities performance and progress milestones for Gameball clients

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any relevant field 
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Strategic planning, and project management skills
  • Analytical and process-oriented mindset
  • Comfortable working across multiple departments in a deadline-driven environment
  • Strong knowledge in using digital CRMs (Intercom, Hubspot.. etc)
  • 3+ years of experience
