The Role
Responsibilities:
- Identify & manage potential customers.
- Support in managing the full sales cycle of enterprise deals to closure, including presenting, negotiating, contracting and eliminating any frictions across the cycle.
- Consult prospect leads on the best strategies to set up their loyalty programs that fit their objectives with different tech stacks.
- Establish and manage our sales force automation system CRM “HubSpot” to streamline sales and marketing processes.
- Perform cost-benefit analysis of existing and potential customers.
- Maintain positive business relationships to ensure future sales.
- Provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth and profitability.
- Developing and planning various sales activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any relevant field
- Analytical Skills, Communication Skills, Interpersonal Skills, People Skills, Customer Service, Networking, Influencing
- 3-5 years of experience
